The mission of Saint Therese Old Catholic Church is to bring Jesus Christ, in Word and Sacrament, to all His people, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or religious history, financial or social standing, or any of life’s other details.
It is the vision of Saint Therese Old Catholic Church to continue to provide Rhode Islanders with an environment where they can know, love, and serve The Lord fully, through the reception of the Sacraments, and participation in the community of believers.
Parish Prayer to Our Lady
Hail Mary full of grace!
During this month of May,
we ask you, as the mother of our Parish Family,
to lead us always nearer to your Divine Son.
May we always be willing to say “yes” to His will,
like you did at the Annunciation.
May we bring Him into the world at every opportunity,
in a lifetime of Nativities.
When we have lost Him,
may we find Him like you did,
doing his Father’s work.
May we understand the Cross as you did,
and have the courage to accept it with hope.
May we rejoice with you at His Resurrection,
and come one day into the joy of His Kingdom;
there with you to share in His glory.
Until that day, may we have the serenity
to accept the things we cannot change,
the courage to change the things we can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.
