Christmas Food Drive to Benefit Project Hand Up
Our Thanksgiving Food Drive for Project Hand Up was a HUGE success! We didn't have a scale to weigh how much food we collected; but it did fill up all the cargo space in the minivan to deliver it to Project Hand Up (see photo). They were very grateful to receive our donation. Since it was such a big success, we plan to have another food drive to help feed families for Christmas.
So please join us in helping to feed hungry families in West Warwick and the surrounding communities by donating non-perishable food and/or gift cards for Turkeys or cash donations to support Project Hand Up in West Warwick. St. T's will be running it's 2nd Food Drive beginning Sunday, December 4th and ending onDecember 18th. You can bring your donations to the church before or after the 10:30 a.m. Sunday Mass. We are located at 1500 Main Street in West Warwick.
Attached is a flyer outlining what their needs are. Of course, they will accept any non-perishable food items. You can also make a cash donation via Pay Pal through our website under the "Donate" tab. Just indicate that it is for the "Food Drive" in the instructions/comments section on Pay Pal.
